Whether moving forward or backward, the knee should be raised, and the foot should go in or out of the arc with the need of the frame type or forward or backward. The cooperation of the foot and knee is that the knee should be compared with the heel, slightly inward, forming a triangle. The knee should cooperate with the crotch roots and feet, and also be slightly inward, forming a triangle.
